Tim Beatrice is a husband, father of five, and a grandfather of six. He is a veteran of the Unites States Air Force (served in the Reserves) and a graduate of Miami University (1986). He and his wife Beth, live in Clermont County where they have a garden and raise chickens.
As a Handyman, Tim does the following repairs, replacements, installations and more:
Grab bars in bathrooms, faucets and fixtures, ceiling fans, closet and pantry shelving, light fixtures, and rails, hanging mirrors and pictures, larger steps in a garage, wheelchair ramps. Bathtub and shower caulking, tile repair and installation (i.e. backsplash, floors, or tub surrounds), GFCI's or electrical outlets, light switches, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, painting, garbage disposals, window shutters, wood rot repair, dry wall repair, some carpentry and masonry work, re-screening (porch), deck cleaning and staining, power washing, mail box replacement, etc.
